CFDPLAS
CFDPLAS Safe caps are HPLC safety caps that prevent leaching of harmful solvent vapors into the lab air.
Our Solvent Safe caps includes both HPLC solvent bottle cap and waste canister cap.
The HPLC mobile phase bottle caps have GL45 thread and are compatible with most standard solvent bottles.
They're equipped with a venting valve that only allows air to enter the solvent bottle but stops hazardous solvent vapors from leaving the bottle.
Materials
Poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) is an important thermoplastic polyester and one of the five engineering plastics.
It is widely used in automobile,mechanical equipment,precision instrument parts,electronic appliances,textiles and other fields.
PBT GL45 cover with temperature resistance of 180℃.
The red CFDPLAS® polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) high temperature caps have a GL45 thread, can be dry heat sterilized at up to 180°C and have a Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) liner for efficient sealing.
PTFE silicone composite gasket adopts non-adhesive bonding process. Has no toxicity; Good chemical inertness
The excellent resilience of silica gel can provide better protection for the needle of the automatic sampler.
The solid PTFE inner body provides the highest chemical inertness.
In normal use, the outer cap is not wetted.
All caps are rated for continuous use at 50°C and can be autoclaved.

Designed to accept industry-standard 1/4-28 threaded fittings.

Available in1-ported,2-ported,3-ported,4-ported PTFE insert.
Anti-Twist Design
To prevent twisting of tubing when the cap is removed or attached, the inner body rotates independently of the outer collar.
Chemically Compatible
Chemically inert.
Constructed of inert PTFE, the body of the cap provides ideal chemical compatibility with laboratory solvents.
Under normal use, the outer Polypropylene collar is non-wetted. Caps may be autoclaved to 140°C.
